This project is about the evolution of technology and it's socio-economic, psychological, and physical effects as well as its impact on societal norms throughout time.

EVOLUTION OF DRAWING
This illustration is a representation of the evolution of drawing and how technology has changed the way we think of illustrations.

This illustration shows how consumed we become with technology and how it can take over your every thought to a point where all you can see is the apps on your phone.
FASTER THAN THE SPEED OF BIKE
This is about the evolution of transportation. It shows the difference in advancement from a simple cart to a fully equip car.
HEAR NO EVIL
Using a play on the old Apple commercials, this is an illustration of how music technology can close us off from what is happening around us. How technology has advanced to a level that we can get sucked into a new world just by closing our eyes and opening our ears.
LISTEN
This is about how technology can allow you to isolate yourself from the people around you.
CALL OFF THE DRONE
This is about how we treat technology that can be potential be dangerous like it is a toy. Drone were originally created for war but, in the modern day it is used as nothing but, a toy airplane.
RUNNING UP THAT HILL
This illustration is about the advancement of the delivery process. It is about how milk used to be delivered to your doorstep daily and now with a press of a button you can have a drone deliver whatever you want in less than an hour.
SOCIAL MEDIA STOMACH ACHE
This illustration is about how overwhelming social media can be. People get so obsessed with wanting to be liked and have approval from strangers that is can be damaging to your mental and physical health.
TWO DAY DELIVERY
This is about how easy it is to become a shopaholic. It shows how companies like Amazon and Walmart have brainwashed us into constantly thinking we need more.
KIDNAPPING
This is about how many children are being raised by the television or their tablet. Baby shark was one of the biggest kids song in the world to a point kids were obsessed with it.
THE BIG APPLE
This illustration is a depiction of what a normal day looks like in a major city like New York. Everyone is so concentrated on their Apple devices that they can't even pay attention while crossing the street.
CATFISHING
There are plenty of cats in the sea. This is a metaphor for how easy it is for someone to go on social media and find a victim to catfish.

This illustration is about how as soon as you turn on your device, you become sucked into the constant void of likes and follows on Social media.
STICKS AND STONES
This image is about the effects of cyberbullying. Technology has made it much easier to bully people online and make them feel horrible so, this image shows the fear and sadness that is happening on the other end of those nasty comments.
THE NEW REALITY
This illustration is a depiction of how technology can change how you see you world. It introduces you to a world of pure imagination, helping you escape from your reality.

This illustration is called "The Spiral" because it shows how your phone can suck you into a worm hole of endless content to a point where you don't even know what's on the screen.
BRAINWASHED
This illustration is an example of how our brains are influenced by what we see on TV. TV can change how we think about things and make us see people in different ways.

In order to communicate with your friends, people used to create cup phones. This is a metaphor for being disconnected to the world around you.

This is a satirical approach to how modern streaming services have "killed" or made previous forms of music catalyst obsolete.

This image shows a person being chained to their phone. The grass underneath their feet is growing out of a phone showing how phones can make you feel trapped like you are on the outside looking in.

This illustration is a simple demonstration of how the phone has evolved over time. It shows how color and technology has changed the way be look at our devices.
THE OTHER SIDE OF ME
This illustration is about how people put on personas for social media. It's about how through a picture on social media you don't get to see what's going on on the other side of the camera. You may think someone's life is picture perfect but, you don't know the whole story.
DON'T LOOK BACK
This illustration is about putting down your device that you have been mesmerized by and stepping into the real world. Some times in life you just have to sit back and smell the flowers.
YOU'LL BE BACK
As a Hamilton fan, this lyric was the perfect representation of how I think our phones see us. We are servants to our devices. No matter how far we run, we need them. We freak out when we can't find them and we worry when they are in the hands of another.
THE MACINTOSH
This is about the cosmetic and technological advancement of the computer. It shows how the Mac went from a thick, bulky device to something slim, with bold graphics.
I CAN DO IT MYSELF!
This image shows how people no longer want that human connection with customer service. Cashiers are becoming obsolete because self service is the wave of the future.
DOWN ON MY KNEES
This is about how people have become so attracted to their phone that when the battery runs out you may feel empty as well. How the need to stay connected can consume you and make you feel trapped in the dark.
THE SCREENER
This illustration is a play on Edvard Munch's famous painting, The Scream. This illustration is a depiction of how you can get consumed with what you are looking at and everything around you is a blur.
